Ltd has been established in Northallerton since 1920 and was
incorporated as a Limited Company on the 3rd January 1946 (Nº
402706). The Company undertakes individual Building and Design &
Build Contracts up to £10 million in value, together with
Partnerships and Developments throughout the North East. As well
as directly employing all the traditional building trades and owning
and operating a substantial Plant and Transport Fleet, including
more than 100 vehicles, Walter Thompson also has in-house facilities
for Property Maintenance, Electrical Installations,
Structural Steelwork and Metalwork. Together with being Constuctionline
registered, the Company is an Associate Member of the Considerate
Constructor Scheme, a long-standing member of both the National
Federation of Builders and the National House Building Council and
operates to a Quality Management System fully accredited to ISO
9001:2000.The Company’s Bankers are Lloyds TSB Commercial, Accountants Horwath Clark Whitehill and Insurance Brokers Smart and Cook. |
